We regularly hold university admittance language examinations as well as internal examinations at the end of courses. The institution of the Deutschkurse bei der Universität München e.V. has the following responsibilities:

• Examination centre for the DSH (accredited by the University Rectors' Conference)
• Examination centre for TestDaF
• Examination centre for TestAS
• Collaborating on the Großes Sprachdiplom (GDS) and Kleines Deutsches Sprachdiplom (KDS) (granted by the Goethe-Institut, commissioned by the university, LMU Munich)
