GOALS

In the grammar and conversation training course "Grammatik light" you will refresh your basic knowledge and apply what you have learned.

• You will practice and increase your facility in using important grammar structures of the Basic Level (Basisstufe).
• You will apply these structures immediately by free talking.

TARGET GROUP

Students of German, who are proficient in basic grammar.
Suited to participants who have completed our Deutschkurse courses Basic Level II (Basisstufe II) and Intermediate Level (Aufbaustufe).

Language Requirements: Level A2/B1 (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

THEMES AND CONTENT

Grammar:

• Verbs, modal verbs, use of tenses
• Declinations of nouns and adjectives
• Subjunctive
• Passive
• Sentence structures

Improvement of ability to express oneself in spoken German:

• Questions/answers
• Informing oneself and others
• Expessing personal opinions
