Dear students

Our courses will again take place as face-to-face courses from June 8th, 2021.
It is important to us that you can learn in all of our rooms without worry and in safety. Therefore, there is a detailed hygiene concept, which is based on the currently applicable regulations of the Bavarian Ministry (see p. 12 Bavarian infection protection measures regulation (12 BaylfSMV) and the Occupational Safety and Health Standards of the Federal Ministry for Labor and Social Affairs. This hygiene concept serves to protect all of us and must be adhered to.

Our most important hygiene rules and measures are summarized here:

  • keep your distance anytime and anywhere (1.50m);
  • mask compulsory anytime and anywhere (surgical masks or FFP2 masks);
  • limited room occupancy to maintain the minimum distance;
  • fixed seats in the classrooms (1.50m distance);
  • lessons are adapted in such a way that hygiene rules can be adhered to (no group work that would involve leaving one's place);
  • walkways and waiting areas are marked;
  • the start of the course is staggered;
  • regular cleaning and disinfection of the rooms
  • possibility of additional, independent intermediate cleaning of the tables and contact areas (surface disinfectant and disposable wipes)
  • regular airing of the classrooms
  • daily attendance lists in the classroom and in the front office (possibility of contact follow-up)
  • participants are encouraged to wash their hands regularly;
  • participants must stay at home if they have cold symptoms or corona-specific symptoms.
  • There is no compulsory test for participation in face-to-face classes. However, we strongly recommend that all students take advantage of the free citizen tests.
