Information for landlords: We are happy to arrange a suitable tenant from among our Deutschkurse students. We can provide you with a non-binding draft contract, and act as guarantor for your first month's rent.
Information for tenants: From our rental pool we offer - if available - rooms in Munich. The offer applies only to those who have booked a course with us and are looking for accommodation for the duration of their German course.
Please note: Currently we do not have any room offers for July and August. Your room request cannot be noted due to high demand. For requests from September on we are happy to assist you to find a room during your course at our institute.
